Be on Time – please ensure you get to the box before the start of the session. You are more than welcome to come earlier to roll out or warm up, but classes will start on time, every time.
Coaching – we love the support everyone gives each other during a WOD but please ensure you keep your comments to encouragement and not coaching cues or techniques. If you see something that you think is dangerous or you don’t think is right then grab a coach.
Kids – kids are great, they just don’t mix well with heavy weights. Whilst we are hoping to have a designated play area for kids where we can ensure that they can be safe, at the moment we don’t have the facilities for kids to hang out at the box whilst you do a WOD.
Parking – we like living next door to our neighbours, in fact they were a great help to us when we were moving in, so we really don’t want to do anything that’s going to upset them. Please ensure that you park on the street OUTSIDE the complex.
